1. Who we are and how your order works
This site is operated by Annalisa Viale, Herbalife Independent Distributor, Via Comano 10, 54033 Carrara (MS), Italy — contact: personalnutritionbq@gmail.com. The site allows you to complete the Wellness Assessment and order bioniq GO, the personalised food supplement created by the Herbalife × Bioniq collaboration.
When you place an order, it is handled by the Distributor and forwarded to Herbalife for fulfilment: the product invoice is issued by Herbalife directly in your name, and delivery takes approximately 2 weeks. Payment is collected securely at the time of the order via Stripe. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge this order-handling model.
2. The product
bioniq GO is a food supplement whose formulation is selected on the basis of the answers you provide in the Wellness Assessment; the pouch is also personalised with your name. Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; keep out of reach of children under 3. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication, consult your doctor before use.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site include VAT, in the currency displayed for your country. Payment is processed by Stripe (supported cards and wallets). The 1-month supply is a one-off payment. For the subscription, depending on the plan displayed at the time of order, billing is monthly recurring or a single upfront payment; the monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, without penalty, with effect from the next billing cycle, by writing to personalnutritionbq@gmail.com before the renewal date.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available in the active countries listed on the site, within approximately 2 weeks of order confirmation. You will be notified of any delays at the email address provided.
5. Right of withdrawal
The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal — including the exceptions provided by law for personalised goods — are set out on the Right of Withdrawal page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
6. Legal guarantee, damaged products and delivery errors
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU consumer law. If your product arrives damaged in transit or does not match your order, contact us promptly at personalnutritionbq@gmail.com attaching a photo of the parcel and packaging: once the damage or error is confirmed, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Your commitments
You undertake to provide truthful and accurate information in the Wellness Assessment and in your contact details: your formula is configured on the basis of your answers. The service is reserved for adults aged 18 or over.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any more favourable mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms may be updated; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
